My family has been having some serious talks since I got back for Thanksgiving…great, spiritual talks! Before now, I have never seen our family interact like this, and I am loving every minute of it! It is awesome to see God grow my whole family, not only individually, but as a whole. This is all a product of God and his incredible power and sovereignty to grow us. I love sitting back and looking at where our family used to be, and looking at it now. I could not have ever noticed this until this summer, when God revealed Himself to me in a way that would not allow me to deny Him. I LOVE IT! All it does is push me more and more to Him. He gets all the glory because there is nothing that I did to make myself worthy to gain salvation. It was His more than sufficient grace. I never would have thought to have these “spiritual” talks with my family before, but now I see it as an opportunity to share our lives with each other. Take a look at 1 Thessalonians 2: 8!!!
